About Auntie Shells Kitchen LLC

So happy you stopped by, let me tell you a lil bit bout Auntie Shells Kitchen LLC, born from a love and laughter. Now, the name was given by none other than my sweet little niece, who has called me (Anteshell, her spelling not mine lol) since she could talk.  She and I have been side by side in the kitchen, stirring pots and sharing secrets, advice, and dreams since she was just six-year-old, her tiny hands mimicking my every move. Well since then she has grown into a vibrant 30-year-old woman as of the making of this menu in 2025.

Now, over the years, bless their hearts, my family and friends, led by my niece’s never-ending encouragement, kept telling me that I ought to open a restaurant. They saw something special in our kitchen escapades that they believed the world should savor. And, my dear friends, I finally said yes.

We had to tweak the name slightly so that the spelling was easier to figure out, but I promised to keep it as close to the original as possible.

I wanted Auntie Shells Kitchen LLC to be more than just a place to order food—I wanted it to feel like spending time with a beloved aunt, with every fork or spoonful, just like those cherished moments my niece and I had. You know, some of the best conversations folks have been while sharing a meal.

Scattered through our menu, you’ll find little affirmations—bits of wisdom and cheer to help on those tough days and to remind you that you’re something truly special.
